HOW DO I CREATE AN AURA RAINWATER ACCOUNT?

To becoming a part of the tribe is simple:
1. There are links at the bottom of every page for easy account access.
2. On the storefront, click Sign In.
3. You can sign up for an account with an email address by clicking “Don’t have an account? Sign
Up.” link at the bottom of the login form.
4. Enter the email address for your account, then click Get Sign-In Link.
5. Open your email inbox, then click a personal sign-in link in the email. This link can be used only
once and is only valid for 14 days. Once clicked, you will be taken back to the store website.

HOW DO I EDIT ACCOUNT INFORMATION? (Order Editor)

Once you sign in, “My Account Page”, “Account Dashboard” to see an overview of your account. From
here you can edit information, view your shopping cart and wish list, specify the VAT ID, get access to
your special member discounts, and view or download invoices.

CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO MULTIPLE LOCATIONS/ADDRESSES?

At the moment, we are unable to provide shipping to multiple destinations within the same order. Please
place separate orders if you wish to have multiple cases of Aura Rainwater delivered to two or more
addresses, FREE of charge.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. To track your package,
simply open the email and follow the link. If you have difficulties, please email
delivery@aurarainwater.com or call 833.764.6928.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Often, your order will be shipped on the same day it was placed. If your order was placed after 12p CDT
or over the weekend it will typically ship on the following business day.

CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND IF MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IS MISSING?

We rarely encounter material damage or missed deliveries with our carriers. If you, however, feel that
your product has arrived seriously damaged and is unfit for consumption, please contact us immediately
at 833.764.6928 or email us at delivery@aurarainwater.com. We will work with you as best as possible to
confirm the issue and send a replacement product if appropriate. For deliveries deemed missing, please
allow up to 10 business days since placing your order before contacting us to ensure that the carrier has
had enough time to deliver your shipment.

WHAT IF I RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT?

Wrong item received, please contact our creative solutions team (customer service) at 833.764.6928 or
email us at delivery@aurarainwater.com. We will gladly replace your shipment with the appropriate item
free of charge.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Aura Rainwater does not accept returns, currently.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER/SERVICE ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

Canceling your one- time or recurring order is simple. Please send an email to
delivery@aurarainwater.com or call 833.764.6928 as soon as possible. For recurring monthly orders, your
cancellation will become effective with the next scheduled shipment. Please note that we are unable to
cancel your one-time order once the product has shipped. Discounted and prepaid subscription orders (i.e.
our 3, 6, and 12-month plans) cannot be cancelled or refunded. However, you can have all your product
delivered at once.
